The Details
Massimo Antonuzi and Patrizia Montanari work in the north of Lazio around the same lake that another of our favorite producers, Le Coste, calls home.
From their importer, SelectioNaturel's website:
"100% Procanico. Spontaneous fermentation with 6 months of skin maceration. Aging in re-worked oak and chestnut barrels, thinned out to remove previous residue, and also to provide greater oxygenation. No filtering or fining, no temperature control, and no added sulfur." 13%ABV
