100% Cesanese di Affile from old-vines biodynamically cultivated in volcanic soils in Lazio. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 10 days in stainless steel prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging in neutral wood for 11 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14% ABV
