Younger (35ish year-old) vine Cortese from a blend of parcels, this was Stefano’s idea to make an everyday white rather than the beastly parcellaire Corteses and Reds that can age forever; charm and structure given a bit more lift here for early consumption (direct pressing rather than maceration).
