The Details
A field blend of red and white grapes including Escursac, Callet, Callet Negrella, Esperó de Gall, Gorgollassa and Mantonegro. The grapes were destemmed and pressed into stainless steel tanks and then rested in a mix of stainless steel and used French oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
After a bad storm that left branches, leaves and vines strewn about the winemaker's property, Cati immediately thought of the word "Cambuix," which is Mallorcan for bedhead.
