The Details

Grenaches Gris/Noir/Blanc all biodynamically cultivated in Catalonia from 40 year-old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, crushed and co-macerate for 24 hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
