About the wine
50% Grenache Gris, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Grenache. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and co-macerated for 24 hours before being pressed off. Fermentation in stainless steel with wild yeasts. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and zero added SO2.
