The Details

Field-blend co-ferment of Sumoll, Roigenc, Mandó, Cannonau, Monica, Torbat, Parellada, & Xarel.lo biodynamically cultivated in the Penedes. Grapes are hand-harvested and 90% are directly pressed while 10% macerate for 4 months prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
