100% Chardonnay from the Côte d'Or. Organically cultivated, hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in a combination of neutral vessels (stainless for alcoholic fermentation). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
