The Details

100% Chardonnay from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines organically cultivated in clay/limestone soils and directly pressed to tank for spontaneous fermentation and 10 months aging before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
