The Details
100% Adelaide Hills Shiraz done with an emphasis on freshness.
From the producer:
A stunning vintage, a blessing for growers with an absence of fire and intense drought or hell-like heat spikes. As a result, this shiraz was able to spend a little time hanging on the vine as the flavours developed. Ripe but so elegant. The signature blueberry, jelly bean and raspberry with an iodine and seaweed line running right through the palate. 25% new oak encapsulates all these flavours, wrapping it up in a parcel with a lovely balance and structure.
