The Details
Rare as it gets, exclusive in the US to THIRST -- 1/3 Merlot, 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, 1/3 Cabernet Franc from biodynamically farmed (no tilling no pruning (!)) vines in St. Emilion. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate in vats with punch downs for 10 days prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation / aging in vats for 10-12 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
