The 2002 St. Émilion Grand Cru bottling from Château Meylet is composed of biodynamically cultivated Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12%), & Malbec (3%). Grapes macerated in a truncated wooden vat with periodic punchdowns for 15 days prior to gravity-transfer to 500L neutral oak barrels. Spontaneous fermentation and 2 year élevage in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
