The Details

100% Syrah from the Eisner site which is Tschida's top plot, a single vineyard biodynamically cultivated with vines ranging from 35 to 60+ years old in the Burgenland. 

Grapes are hand harvested, directly pressed and aged in barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, without additional SO2 and produced in magnum only. 12.0% ABV.
