Brutal! 100% Pinot Noir from Christian's vineyards in Illmitz, Burgenland. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and foot-crushed. Juice spontaneously ferments in 2 large neutral barrels with no racking. 1 year élevage before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
