In detail the composition varies each year, at it’s core though the idea of the best-of principle always remains the same: Densely planted Grüner Veltliner rooting on pure, hard limestone — a demanding soil type that Christian and his friends carefully work by horse.  Vintage 2023 adds a new dimension: next to some Sauvignon Blanc, a Furmint garden grown on schist and limestone shows off the potential of this vivid varietal.”
