The Details
50% Grüner Veltliner, 40% Müller-Thurgau, 10% Welschriesling from biodynamically farmed 10-40 year-old vineyards in the Kamptal. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified as following: Müller-Thurgau macerates for 4 days prior to pressing. Gruner and Welschriesling are whole-bunch pressed into the fermenting Müller juice. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
