The Details
100% Pinot Auxerrois from 25 year-old vines in Dorlisheim, Alsace, grown in limestone/clay soils. The grapes are directly pressed into, spontaneously ferment & rest on their fine lees in, stainless steel tanks. The wine is a blend of 2020/21 vintages ergo the NV tag -- bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
