100% Pinot Noir from vines in organic conversion. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and spontaneously ferment and macerate for 2 weeks in stainless steel vat prior to pressing. Aged for 16 months in neutral barrel thereafter. Bottled unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal (<25ppm) added SO2. 12.5% ABV
