100% Chenin from Jean-François Chéné's old vineyard in Beaulieu-sur-Layon - the vines haven't seen chemicals in 21+ years and have been farmed biodynamically. Whole-bunch macerated for 3 months before pressing. 36-40 month élevage in neutral barrel. Zero/zero. 14% ABV
