The Details

100% Gamay from the pure pink granite soils of Croix Pen(n)et, a south-facing parcel on the border of Lantignié/Regnié. Grapes are hand-harvested, 11-day semi-carbonic maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in a combination of neutral burgundy barrel & stainess steel (60/40 approximately, respectively). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
