90% Menu Pineau / 10% Petit Meslier from organically cultivated parcels of old-vines ranging from 76-89 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to large neutral oak vessel for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
