The Details

2/3 Côt & 1/3 Gamay from organically cultivated 40 year-old vines in a single parcel named in reference to its history as a battlefield in the Hundred Years' War. 100% whole-cluster, open-top, semi-carbonically macerated / spontaneously fermented in vat, the wine is pressed and aged for 10-12 months in neutral barrel and 400L demi-muid. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no-to-low-additional SO2 depending on vintage.
