New cuvée from the legends that are Clos Fantine! Red Southern Bubbles!
100% Syrah grown at high altitude in southern France's Faugeres. The grapes are trellised along a pergola and are hand harvested before spontaneously fermenting and being bottled prior to first fermentation's completion a la ancestral method (pét-nat). Unfined, unfiltered, zero additional SO2. 11%ABV
