The Details

50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Maccabeu, 20% Muscat à Petits Grains from very old bush vines in calcareous clayey soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, 1/3 of the fruit is destemmed, 2/3 is whole-bunch. Co-macerated/spontaneously fermented for 15 days prior to pressing. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
