The Details
Organically farmed, old-vine (~70 years-old) Malbec (95%) & Tannat (5%). Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and macerate for 6 weeks before pressing. Neutral barrel for a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm added after Malo) added SO2.
