100% Côt (aka Malbec) from red clay and limestone soils on 80+ year-old vines. The grapes are handpicked and de-stemmed. Spontaneous fermentation with daily punchdowns for a month in tank. Aged in 600-liter wood tanks for two years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
