The Details
100% old-vine, biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc from schistous terroirs of Anjou in the western Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly VERY slowly pressed over several days, spontaneously ferment and age for ~12 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
