50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Cabernet Franc biodynamically cultivated in the Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 2 months prior to pressing and aging in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
