100% biodynamically cultivated Cabernet Franc from Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 2 months prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
