100% Caiño Blanco, directly pressed without crushing in a pneumatic press at low pressure, maceration with complete bunch for 24 hours. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, being bottled before the end of the fermentation. Zero/zero. 12%ABv
