Albariño.
"A handful of tangerine garnished in the salted haze of a summer evening, barbecues happening someplace else. Seabreeze in a sunbeam. Man was this wine awesome: Constantina Sotelo works in the middle of the Rias Baixas DO but does not use their appellation's certification due to their draconian squeeze on a wine's heart (see: industrial farming, pumped SO2, egg-white-filtering, etc etc). Merely steps from the largest saltwater estuary of Galicia, this is pure pergola-trained Albariño with what feels like a sunny day's worth of skin contact. A seaweed forest of Albariño dancing into the frigid churn of the Atlantic." -Nick
