The Details

100% Nerello Mascalese from organically cultivated vines on Versante Nord of Mt. Etna. Vines are 5 years-old and planted in the sandy volcanic soils of Etna. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to pressing and bottling with the addition of some fresh late-harvest juice. 12 months sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
