The Details
100% Red Grenache from 50-year-old bush vines from Empordà. Grapes are hand harvested in boxes and fermented using native yeasts on the skins for 3 days. Wine rests in a combination of amphora and stainless. Unfined, unfiltered with just a touch of SO2.
