Rosé Pét-Nat of a co-fermentation of Garnatxa & Carignans Blanc/Gris
From the importer, Selections de La Viña:
60% Garnatxa 30% Carignan Blanc 10% Carignan Gris organically farmed on granite sand at between 300-500m in elevation in Empordà. Two plots: Prat d'Egna (La Vajol planted in 2016) Llocató (Agullana planted in 1998). Hand harvested. Destemed. Skin-on maceration for 5 days. Gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tank. End of fermentation finishes in the bottle under cap. Unfined, unfiltered and zero SO2. Annual production is 2506 bottles.
