The Details

100% organically cultivated Catarratto Lucido from ~15 year-old vines planted to the sandy soils of Northwest Sicily's Álcamo. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for ~9 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
