About the wine

100% young-vine Perricone organically cultivated outside Western Sicily's city of Alcamo. Destemmed and lightly crushed with 8 days of maceration, the juice is soft pressed and spontaneously ferments and ages in stainless steel tank for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling. 12.5%ABV
