The Details

100% Malvasia from vines grown on calcareous soils in Emilia-Romagna. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed into stainless steel. Ten days of skin contact. Bottled before fermentation completes. Disgorged. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.

Bright orange in color. Citrus zest and dried apricot on the nose. Bitter orange peel on the palate with just a hint of RS.
