The Details

100% Sauvignon Blanc from lime/marl soils in Emilia-Romagna grown at elevation (480-500m). The grapes are slowly, directly pressed into stainless steel and fiberglass tank where the juice spontaneously ferments prior to bottling and completing fermentation in bottle a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, no added SO2. 11.5%ABV
