The Details
Marsanne/Roussanne from organically cultivated vines in Crozes-Hermitage on iron-rich clay soils with alluvial stones. Grapes are hand-harvested, and whole-cluster directly pressed to large cask and neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and élevage of 12-18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
