The Details

The only parcellaire wine made every vintage, this vineyard is between Larnage & Crozes-Hermitage with vines aged from 40-80+ years-old. 10% destemmed, 90% whole-bunch. Neutral barrel rest for a year before bottling. Somewhere between St. Joseph & CH in style – perhaps the softest of the bunch with some nice mineral bite. A treasure, really, and can age, ofc. 0/0.
