OXIDATIVE STYLE OF GARGANEGA 100% Garganega biodynamically cultivated from 40+ year-old vines on volcanic basaltic soils prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging with no topping up for up to a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
