The Details
This is a rounded and refreshing orange wine from Brianne Day of Day Wines who works in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Tasting Notes: Aromatics galore! Carried by a medium weight through the palate, think spritely tropical fruit with a slightly spicy finish. An absolutely delicious orange wine.
Vinification: 31% Gewürztraminer, 37% Riesling, and 32% Müller-Thurgau, the grapes are sourced from Anne Amie Winery in the Willamette Valley. Once hand-harvested, the grapes undergo a 24-day fermentation on the skins before aging in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered with no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
