The Details
From Con-Greg: "This Hell Rose is one that is always a bit of a mish-mash of parcels of wine that in any other situation would never be put together – but through tasting, experimentation and a bit of luck, all sort of work! 60% Albariño, 30% Bianco D'alessano, 5% Malvasia, 5% Nero D'Avola."
Con-Greg Grigoriou's mission is simple. He is trying to make interesting yet smashable wines from some unique organic fruit growing in the Riverlands. This stuff is all about fun times and chilled wines. Bright, energetic and full of personality, these wines offer a great entry point for people looking to explore alternative varieties.
