100% biodynamically farmed Bianco d'Alessano in Loxton North, Riverland, South Australia. grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to presssing and bottling for the completion of primary fermentation a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
