The Details
This pétillant naturel is 100% Bianco d’Alessano, an aromatic and silky varietal from Southern Italy. Con-Greg has taken advantage of the varitiey’s natural acidity in making this mouth watering bubbly, while also yielding a tropicality and yeasty cider-side unique to this expression. The pet-nat is not disgorged and the wine has only a tiny amount of SO2 at bottling.
