About the wine

An unfiltered and distinctly funkadelic pétillant naturel of mostly Vermentino and Montepluciano. Spritzy and yeasty, with bracing acidity bouncing off sweet dark plums and berries. A kombucha-like end gives you just a slight bitterness that makes the wine a strong pairing with Moroccan cuisine. Undisgorged and bottled with just a tiny bit of SO2.
