The Details
100% Pinot Noir biodynamically cultivated on clay/limestone soils with an eastern exposure - vines average 37 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster macerate/spontaneously ferment in concrete tank before pressing to neutral barrel for a 10 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
