From Louis-Clement David-Beaupère, 100% young-vine Gamay organically cultivated in Juliénas' blue dioritic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 20 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of concrete vat, stainless steel tank, and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
