The Details
From 2 parcels at this historic, biodynamic domaine in the heart of Bourgeuil. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted in the Peu Muleau vineyard's characteristic limestone in addition to fruit from farther down on the slope where soils become more gravelly and clayey. Spontaneous fermentation and extended élevage for several years in neutral barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
