The Details

100% Gamay organically farmed on the western slope of Côte de Brouilly in Quincié-en-Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested from 72 year-old vines, and spontaneously fermented / whole cluster carbonically macerated in concrete. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
